In the last full week of June, Shumaker Group’s Andrew Brunette, Kyle Shumaker, and Jacob Burger took the ferry over to Mackinac Island, home of world-famous fudge and the only state highway without motorized vehicles. We had the opportunity to attend the MAMC Annual Conference to showcase our brand and services to clerks of Michigan’s municipalities. True to the theme of this year’s conference, Fantasy Island, we had an amazing experience both on the island and meeting with some of Michigan’s most dedicated public servants.
Throughout the months of May and June, Shumaker Group traveled all across Michigan to attend the MTA On The Road series. From Crystal Mountain to Port Huron, through fields of cherry trees and the vast Michigan forests; Andrew Brunette, Kyle Shumaker, and Jacob Burger met with township officials from all reaches of the Great Lake State. Not only was it awesome to see different parts of Michigan, but it was a great experience getting to talk with those who run our local municipalities.
On Wednesday, April 29th and Thursday, April 30th the Shumaker Group Team, consisting of Kyle Shumaker, Cody Thelen, and Andrew Adams traveled to the COBO Center, downtown Detroit for the opportunity to connect with organization officials from school districts around the state of Michigan. It was great to meet with new and old acquaintances with hopes of connecting with them all soon to assist them in going paperless!
On Thursday, April 23, 2015, Shumaker Group’s Kyle Shumaker and Chris Webster attended the Michigan Association of Township Supervisor’s Spring Conference in Chelsea, Michigan. It is always a pleasure to network with Michigan’s finest township supervisors. Thank you for all you do for Michigan and for welcoming us to your Spring Conference!
On Tuesday, April 16, 2015, Shumaker Group’s Kyle Shumaker, Cody Thelen, and Andrew Brunette were very excited to attend a local showcase in the city of DeWitt to connect with the small businesses and residents of the town. It was a great event and super exciting to showcase our brand and welcome Andrew to his first event!
