This past winter the entire Shumaker Technology Team traveled to Las Vegas, NV for the annual International CES, Consumer Electronics Show. This is our company’s third trip to Las Vegas for this showcase and it couldn’t have been better! CES is an internationally renowned electronics and technology trade show, attracting major companies and industry professionals worldwide. The whole team had a great three days testing out all the new gadgets and observing all the new technologies being introduced this year by some of the largest firms in the world. Amongst the favorites were virtual reality headwear, advanced automobiles, and self-balancing scooters.

On our last day the whole team jumped in a van and headed to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to spend some time away from the buzz and exploring nature. This National park in Nevada was a great way for our team to bond and get lost in the mountains. Zach Slater disappearing to the top of the mountain and Chris Webster and Cody Thelen trying the fresh spring water were just few of the many highlights.
